Galloping Goose Trail

Almost everyday Granny and I have been going on the Galloping Goose Trail. It is about a minute away from where we live. We have been taking about a 2 kilometre walks I think:)

It is really beautiful right now.... A couple days ago there wind and so the leaves are laying on the trail yellow!!!

Hair Cut

Today I got my haircut!!! It was a huge cut... My hair was a couple inches down my waist so I thought I needed a hair cut...haha.... I should've had a before and after pictures but I was going to get a trim in the first place but Meg talked her into cutting my short...

Its soo nice;) BUT I have to think up new hairstyles for short hair with bangs! haha probably not because I could type it into google or YouTube:)

First Day Of Summer

Today is the first day of summer, I am very excited, I can finally say that it IS officially summer, mind you it can be summer and it can be still snowing or just be cold. On June 3rd is was snowing... SNOWING!

The tree's are all green, the rose peddles are budding, and with all this rain we have getting, the grass has been greener. These pictures were taken in middle of May when the trees were just starting to bud.

Tomorrow that I have charged up my camera's I can now go outside and take pictures. Jesse went over to Grande Cache to go see Megan while she was treeplanting and left the camera there so I didn't have the camera for a couple of weeks.

Grande Prarie:)

Just came in from swimming and then had a nice bath. Darcy is getting his quad tomorrow and he is very excited. It has a winch installed and is camoflauge, perfect for hunting.

Tomorrow we are thinking of going to Costco and then Value Villiage, Oh and don't forget the Grande Prarie mall!!! Its sooo big, and here I thought that our Dawson Creek mall is really great...

Mind you our Dawson Creek mall is expanding now, they are adding Quisnos Sub in it:)Anyways here's a few pics I took today:)

Birds

We have birds here in our valley... I put up a bird feeder out by our window and alot of birds have been nibling at it. I have been right out there with my camera and taking alot of pictures!

The Tradeshow

I had so much fun at the trade show and being with Craig and Steph. Before we went to the tradesho, we met up with Craig and Steph and went for lunch at Whitespot. I had a fettichini alfredo I think it is called, not to sure but it was really good. For a drink I had rootbeer...

I curled my hair before going to the trade show... It was really super curly the next day!

 Darcy enjoyed getting his boots shined up, he bought a container because he loved the product so much! It really works good...

 Tyrell is rock climbing!!! He was really excited when he saw the rock climbing center.

 Me and my corndogs, I love their corn dogs and have to make some of my own again soon!

I saw alot of my school classmates at the trade show... There was this one friend who was sucking helium out of a balloon and was sounding quite weird with the helium voice I call it...

I cannot wait till next years trade show!

Good Pull There Kaylee

Look at me, I am getting taller by the minute! I'm almost taller than Tyrell!

I have been pulling my teeth out for as long as I can remember... I miss pulling teeth actually, I have them all out so that's when I go to my younger brother that lost 8 teeth so he had more teeth to go...

Tyrell was up in the attic just squealing very loudly.. I didn't know what he was doing so he said to me " Kaylee can you help me pull my tooth out?" Of course I couldn't resist so I quickly ran upstairs with my tools and started pulling.

He ran downstairs to tell Mom that his tooth was wiggly and said " Tyrell, I have pulled alot of teeth in my life, and yours isn't wiggly at all!" I did that once to Mom and she s aid the very same thing to me...

I spent a good hour in the mirror and finally it popped out and Mom was shocked and said that I was very good at pulling teeth and she thought that I would be the timid one and Tyrell pulling his teeth.

Well it was the opposite because he doesn't like pain in his mouth and doesn't want to pull his own teeth...

I was working on his tooth for a very long time... I put my fingernail down to his root and pull it, well my fingernail got a little chipped so I got some yarn and tied it to his tooth and went downstairs to the doorknob and slam it.

I couldn't slam the door because it felt like I was going to have the pain so Mom had to slam it and it didn't even budge because the string snapped in half so back upstairs pulling...

I asked Tyrell if I could have his leather men that he just got from Peavey Mart and was pulling... Tyrell said that he wanted it out because he wanted a little hole... When I was his age I lost all my teeth!

Anyways I got the leather men and was pulling and pulling and finally it went out! Whew what a big work but I got it and he was crying and crying and when I got it out I yelled " I got it I got it" Mom could hear it very loud and was surprised.

Tyrell cried for a bit and came downstairs. Mom said that I did a very clean pull because I got the roots out!!! As you can see in this picture it is very long...

Another Day On The Farm
